Some plugins may want to share some configuration data. For example, ssh and log_result plugins (as well as clipboard) would likely want to share their host config option.

TODO: figure out best way to implement this :/

I decided this seemed more an issue of the plugin pipeline than an issue of plugins being able to share their config values. May still revisit this later (probably not), but for now I'm marking this as closed by 6d549d27c5
